I have been running a business for 15+ years, employing several workers. Over the years, I have hired many employees and unfortunately had to soon let some of them go because they were just not up to par, they were just unable to complete the work that was required of them. I took no pleasure in firing, in fact it really troubled me, but frankly I it's really important for me to have quality workers, so I had no other choice.

Parnossoh Toyvah first met with me to discuss and listen to my needs. Then my counsellor consulted his database of possible employees and decided on one particular candidate. Later, we all met and discussed our respective needs and expectations, ensuring that all parties clearly and unambiguously understood our prospective commitments and obligations to each other. We all had a very thorough and frank conversation.

I never thought that I would ever say this, but I am really overjoyed with my new employee! Sure, we are still adjusting to each other but I am hopeful and certain that we will soon be in perfect sync. Thank you Parnossoh Toyvoh for being the right shluchim!
